1996–present Golf Course Superintendent

18-hole private club designed by Seth Raynor and opened in 1917; features bent/poa greens, tees, and fairways.

Responsibilites include:

- Responsible for all facets of management; supervise a 20-man crew and prepare yearly budgets and spending projections.

- Implemented leasing program for maintenance equipment.

- Introduced and constructed a 2,000-foot linear stone wall along side property line leading up to the main entrance of club.

- Hosted the 2001 & 2004 Men’s and Women’s Metropolitan PGA Golf Championships.

- Extensive experience with renovation and restoration projects; rebuilt 18 greens, bunkers, tees, rerouted 3 holes

- Implemented state-of-the-art computerized Toro irrigation system.

18-hole private club designed by Donald J. Ross and opened in 1890; features bent/poa greens, tees, and fairways.

Responsibilites include:

- Excellent management abilities developed through the use of “hands-on” management style.

- Supervised dredging of irrigation pond, installation of wet well for pump station and state of the art irrigation system.

- Implemented pesticides, fertilizer, and Poa annua reduction programs.

1992–1996 tournament staff

36-hole private facility designed by Walter Travis and opened in 1922; bent/poa greens, tees, and fairways; hosted many PGA Tour events.

Responsibilites include:

- Assisted in preparation and conditioning for the Buick/Westchester Classic on the PGA Tour.

1989–1991 educational internship

18-hole private club designed by William F. Gordon and opened in 1963; features bent/poa greens, tees, and fairways; Top-100 course that has hosted several USGA championships.

Responsibilites include:

- Gained solid managerial experience, maintaining tournament level conditions with an “attention to detail.”

- Learned valuable skills in maintaining bentgrass from tee to green utilizing proper cultural procedures.
